Friday Night was a hot one at the Urbana Hawk Gymnasium. The temperature inside the gym was stifling, and there was a pretty big crowd in a attendance. S/O to the Oakdaliens and our community for their support and we appreciate you traveling to watch the game. The game started with the Bears playing tough defense and fast paced offense which enabled them to jump out to an early lead. (17-6) During the 2nd quarter the game was back and forth with both teams trading baskets and Oakdale held a 26-17 lead going into half. A quick start in the 3rd quarter with the Bears intense defense leading to fast break baskets enabled the Bears to continue their momentum outscoring the Hawks 18-6. All Bears saw playing time in the 4th quarter.
